Deputy financial director in Sarzhan I.V., FOP

In an international real estate agency specializing in the sale of real estate in Spain, we are looking for a qualified Deputy Financial Director.

What you will do:

- Financial reporting of the company's offices - Cash Flow , P&L Balance,

- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for company management;

- Managing budgeting, cost planning, including marketing budgets and office expenses;

p>- Coordination and management of aspects of tax accounting and reporting in different jurisdictions (Spain, Ukraine);

- Interaction with regional directors regarding the implementation of financial plans and plans for the development of new offices.

Required experience:

- Higher financial education;

- Work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more;

- Understanding financial management, reporting, accounting and tax issues in different jurisdictions (Spain, Ukraine);

- The ability to work in a team with a large amount of information, readiness to manage financial processes in several offices at the same time.
