 What will you do

• Monitor the fulfillment of obligations and compliance with deadlines.

• Optimize processes and launch new roles (eg Assistant PM, Director).

• Lead the organizational part of tenders: debriefing, structuring, preparation.

• Follow the company's financial plan.

• Coordinate site updates, launch of referral programs and story search for actors.

• Coordinate the work of the marketing and sales department.

• Build a strong and effective team.

Desired experience and qualities:

• experience in operations management - you have done it before

• analytical thinking - numbers and data are your friends

• ability to build processes — from chaos to system

• proactivity - you don't wait to be told what to do

• communicability - you easily find a common language with the team

• stress resistance - a dynamic environment does not scare you

• Would be a plus, but not necessarily:
