About the company

Alex Studio is a full-cycle clothing production for brands.

We manufacture thousands of products, work with clients in Ukraine and abroad, and build production chains through Ukraine, Turkey and China.

Our cycle:

request > calculation > sample > materials > tailoring > application > shipment.

We are growing fast, so we are looking for a strong operations manager to help clear the chaos, strengthen the team and assemble the processes in system.

The main task of the role

Take the operational load from the owner and build a managed system where:

• tasks are not lost,

• deadlines are not interrupted,

• the team works synchronously,

• decisions are brought to result.

 What to do

• Manage the team and contractors (production, managers, external contractors).

• Control orders throughout the chain: from application to shipment.

• Keep timelines, statuses, responsible and deadlines.

• Quickly identify bottlenecks and launch solutions.

• Implement regulations and bring them to real implementation.

• Build a clear interaction between sales, marketing and production.

• Strengthen the supply circuit:

• direct contacts with suppliers/productions,

• reducing dependence on intermediaries,

• backup options for Ukraine/Turkey/China.

• During the transition period — lead part of the projects by hand in order to deeply understand the real operation.

 KPI

• Reduction of production terms (the goal is up to x2).

• Adherence to deadlines (deviation no more than 3 days).

• Reduction of the quantity breakdowns and operational "fires".

• Transparency of processes: you can see who, what, when and in what status.

• Implemented regulations that really work in a team.

• Development of the supplier base without deterioration of price/time/quality.

• Experience in operational management (manufacturing or related fields is an advantage).

• The ability not just to “lead tasks”, but to build a system.

• Strong communication, responsibility and control of deadlines.

• Ability to work at a pace, in conditions of growth and change.

• Entrepreneurial thinking: see problems ahead and propose solutions.
