Our customer is a technological company in the field of industrial paints and varnishes, which has been working on the market for almost 20 years. Own laboratory, training center, a team in 8 regions of Ukraine and a stable operational foundation.

Now the company is looking for an operations manager who can bring order to processes, synchronize teams and ensure stable daily business operations.

This is a role for a person who does not get lost in chaos, quickly sees where "the system is sinking" and takes responsibility for the result.

The purpose of the role

Remove the operational routine from the owner, bring order to the processes and ensure the stable operation of the company through control, discipline and quick decision-making.

Tasks

• Control of the work of the sales department through CRM (Bitrix24), regular reviews with managers.
• Establishment of interaction between the Sales, Tech, Logistics and warehouse departments, implementation of clear SLAs and responsibilities.
• Control of purchases and warehouse: balances, ABC analysis, planning for real business needs.
• Ensuring uninterrupted production and service, quick response to failures and their elimination.
• Administrative process management: offices, expenses, technical support.
• Participation in the selection of key employees, organization of adaptation and basic training.
• Preparation of regular analytics for the CEO: risks, growth areas, implementation of plans, cost control and KPI.
