We are looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure not just the launch of new markets, but their system operational support. This role is for a person who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and knows how to drive from strategy to concrete results.

Functionality of the role:

  • support the already launched markets of Poland and Turkey: participate in regular meetings with foreign sales teams, identify operational growth points and barriers, initiate and coordinate tasks to improve processes
  • facilitate meetings and follow-up on key agreements
  • be part of business scaling in new markets
  • act as a point of contact between departments for the development of international markets: formulate clear requests, monitor timely feedback, check the quality of the provided results
  • prepare structured weekly market updates and materials for strategic meetings
  • structure materials for the General Plan and Road Map for international markets

It is important for us:

  • English language at B1-C1 level for interaction with international markets
  • understanding of basic business processes and B2B sales logic
  • confident work with MS Office and CRM systems
  • higher education (economics, marketing, business or related areas will be advantage)
