We are looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure not just the launch of new markets, but their system operational support. This role is for a person who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and knows how to drive from strategy to concrete results.
Functionality of the role:
- support the already launched markets of Poland and Turkey: participate in regular meetings with foreign sales teams, identify operational growth points and barriers, initiate and coordinate tasks to improve processes
- facilitate meetings and follow-up on key agreements
- be part of business scaling in new markets
- act as a point of contact between departments for the development of international markets: formulate clear requests, monitor timely feedback, check the quality of the provided results
- prepare structured weekly market updates and materials for strategic meetings
- structure materials for the General Plan and Road Map for international markets
It is important for us:
- English language at B1-C1 level for interaction with international markets
- understanding of basic business processes and B2B sales logic
- confident work with MS Office and CRM systems
- higher education (economics, marketing, business or related areas will be advantage)
Would be an advantage:
- experience in B2B sales or business development
- skills with analytical tools and data
- knowledge of additional foreign languages
