What You’ll Do

  • Respond to user tickets and inquiries through Zendesk, providing timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
  • Handle disputes on various payment platforms, maintaining a fair balance between user satisfaction and company policies.
  • Monitor and respond to user reviews, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and quality.
  • Identify and report bugs or product malfunctions to the development team quickly and accurately.

What We’re Looking For

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is a must.
  • Spanish or French language skills will be considered a strong plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive when performing routine or repetitive tasks.
  • Confidence in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar assistants to enhance productivity and communication quality.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn — we’re looking for someone who not only wants to grow but has the ability to quickly absorb new information and apply it.
  • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset — someone who takes initiative and strives for excellence in every task.
  • Degree in Linguistics, Philology, or a related field will be a plus.
