Operations manager in TCM Group Ukraine

We are looking for a strong, systematic and proactive operations manager who can not only support existing and stablebusiness processes skills and expertise we are looking for:

• experiencefrom2-3 years of work as an operations manager (or in related positionsProgram/Project,Service Delivery Manager)with specific cases of optimization, process organization in previous experience;

  
  

• ability to work with analytics, metrics

• confident command of Excel/Google Sheets style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  practical knowledge of building processes and their functioning (experience in writing regulations and instructions, RACI, principles of escalation)

• understanding of project management

• proactivity, autonomy and a high level of responsibility for the result

• systematicity, analytical thinking

• adult, effective communication

The tasks you will face:

• Take ownership for the execution system: so that tasks go through the process on time, with quality, without chaos.

• Describe "how we work" in key processes and make it a standard (short instructions/checklists), remove "manual heroism".

• Propose and build operational metrics and controls

• Regularly monitor analytics, find causes of delays/errors and correct the process, not "putting out fires".

• Plan the load: so that there are no backlogs and the priorities are the same for everyone.

• Organize the operational rhythm (daily/weekly ops review), record decisions and monitor execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional contacts (legal/finance/sales/delivery): coordinate handoffs, SLAs between teams, escalations based on facts.

• Configure tools (task manager/CRM/tables): statuses, templates, reporting; automate routine.

• Communicate to the team new standards within operations (without replacing HR): criteria, quality control, feedback
