Operations manager in FAYNO SERVIS, TOV

FAINO SERVICE LLC is a cleaning company that has been servicing office, commercial and industrial facilities for many years.
We are now inviting an Operations Manager to our team.

Main duties:
1. Independently draw up a budget (planned, working), analyze it, make decisions based on the analysis;
2. Conduct business negotiations, including business correspondence;
3. Manage subordinate personnel, apply the norms of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Labor Law on Labor Protection;
4. Analyze and process contracts within the limits of current legislation (in terms of contract execution);
5. Plan work, monitor the performance of assigned tasks, make decisions and be responsible for the result.
6. Work in Excel, Word, Outlook at a confident level user.

Main areas of responsibility:
1. Operational management of object budgets (compilation, approval, analysis, decision-making regarding adjustments, optimization, control of compliance with profit indicators)
2. Management of budget expenses in terms of articles (purchases, FOP, subcontractor services, etc.)
3. Fulfillment of contractual obligations (organization and control of the provision of services in within the framework of the contract with the client, communication with the client)
4. Organization and control of document flow (contracts and additional agreements, acts of completed work, timesheets, schedules, etc.)
5. Management of subordinate personnel (managers, administrators, line staff)

Working conditions:
1. A safe place of work - an office with constant availability of light, Internet and equipped with shelter;
2. Salary - 38,000-48,000 hryvnias/month
3. Work schedule: 9:00 - 18:00
4. Place of work: Kyiv, str. Heroes of the Cosmos, 4
