Key tasks

1. Organization and control of operational activities on fixed facilities
2. Ensuring high quality of service in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
3. Coordinating the work of teams at facilities, planning changes and schedules
4. Analyzing the performance of facilities, preparing proposals for optimizing processes
5. Preparing reports, controlling costs and participating in budget management

Our expectations

1. Work experience from 1 year in a similar position (operations manager / facility coordinator / site manager)
2. High level of organization, responsibility and independence
3. Ability to make decisions quickly and work with several tasks at the same time
4. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and interact with teams at facilities
