operations manager in AN LARGOS, TOV

LARGOS is a specialized agency for the sale of agro-industrial, industrial real estate and business in Ukraine.

We work with large assets: agribusinesses, elevators, factories, logistics complexes, land banks. Our goal is not just to sell objects, but to build a systematic, transparent and internationally oriented business.

We are currently in a phase of active growth and are looking for an operations manager/ COO / operations director who will take on themselves internal architecture of the company.

Main tasks

Operational management

• optimization of internal processes (sales, work with objects, document flow);

• Monitoring tasks and deadlines.

• Coordinating the work of agents and managers;

• Participating in team adaptation and development;

• Working with CRM, deal funnel, reports;

• Quality control of object processing and clients;

Required:

• Experience in the position of operations manager / process manager;

• System thinking, ability to establish and maintain order;

• High responsibility and independence;

• Ability to work with large tasks.
