Operations Manager in Ajax Systems

We are currently looking for an Operational Manager in the Business Development department to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and/or technical support in contract administration, customer service and order history.
• Assists the Development Manager business in increasing sales.
• Registers and hands over contracts for the business development manager, prepares presentations, works in 1C and Jira task manager.
• Manages the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with logistics and production departments.
• Provides support to the business development manager in developing new and expanding existing customer relationships as needed.
• Responds to inquiries clients.
• Builds strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of service.
• Develops deep knowledge of all client systems used.

Requirements:

• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferred areas: economics, logistics, administration).
• English at the Upper Intermediate level.
• Soft skills: attention to numbers and order, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, result orientation, understanding of the importance of providing the highest level of service.
• Hard skills: experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch ERP will be an advantage), confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Previous experience working with clients and maintaining documentation.
