Operating Manager's responsibilities:

Organization and Control of All Operating Processes in the Company, including architectural, engineering, production and logistics processes. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

Optimization of internal processes to improve the efficiency of the team and compliance. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

Coordination of interaction between companies, security inconsistency of work at all stages of project implementation.

• Control of project budget compliance, resource planning and cost management.

• Preparation of reports on performance of tasks and operational indicators by all employees of the company.

• Communication with key partners, clients and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in all processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an Operations Manager or a similar role in the field of architecture, construction, development or production (from 3 years).

• Deep understanding of operational processes in closed-loop companies.

• Strong organizational and management skills.

• High level of communication and ability to establish partnership relations.

• Ability to work with large volumes of information, analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Responsibility, proactivity, results orientation.

• Knowledge of modern project management tools (eg MS Project, Asana, understanding of architectural/design software would be an advantage, etc.).
