Operations manager in MM Medic

Ukrainian company MM MEDIC - a leading manufacturer of medical products for plasma therapy invites an Operations Manager to the team!

What will you do?

• You will plan and organize the manager's working day (meetings, calls, events).
• You will monitor the execution of the manager's assignments and help coordinate work between departments.
• You will prepare reports, analytics and necessary documentation.
• You will organize trips, business events, presentations and proposals.
• You will help in solving current problems and improving processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education (management, economics or similar specialties).
• 2+ years of experience in process organization or management.
• Free knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, English at a conversational level.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM and the ability to organize your work.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain communication.
