Head of Finance in JustMarkets Tech

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support growth and profitability companies
• Managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Implementing a single budgeting process for a group of companies
• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations and industry standards, including AML/KYC, tax and audit requirements
• Development and implementation of financial controls and systems to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Development of tax strategies for minimizing the tax burden and ensuring compliance with international tax legislation
• Forming a financial team, promoting a culture of excellence, cooperation and constant improvement
• Collaborate with management to set financial goals, monitor performance, provide timely updates and practical recommendations to support decision-making
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors and regulators to maintain company reputation
• Monitoring of industry trends, changes in markets and regulations, adaptation of financial strategies to new conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related specialty
• From 8 years of work experience in Finance, at least 3 years in a senior position (as CFO or Deputy CFO), preferably in financial services or fintech
• Experience managing financial operations, planning and analysis in global, fast-growing organizations
• Basic knowledge in the field of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, taxation
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, IFRS principles, accounting and risk management practices
• Management experience team, the ability to build and motivate high-performance teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in software and tools for financial modeling and analysis
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages
• Willingness to work from an office in Cyprus< /li>

Would be an advantage:

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA)
• MBA degree or master
• Deep understanding of global financial markets, online trading regulations
