Our candidate has:

• higher education;
• work experience in project management and development (sites, applications, integrations) for at least 2 years, for small and medium-sized businesses, project activities;
• experience working with CRM programs, office suite, programs for setting and tracking tasks , deep knowledge of Syrve (the basis of all integrations) and analytical thinking;
• ability to manage teams, cross-teams and independently determine priorities;
• high communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• attention, persistence, structure and focus on results.

Your future functionality:

• Management projects of the IT Department, support of digital products;
• coordination of the work of the project team, prioritization of tasks, ensuring the fulfillment of the Customer's requirements and established deadlines;
• interaction with stakeholders, holding meetings;
• solving problems and difficulties that may arise during project implementation;
• identifying and analyzing business requirements according to projects that will be in subordination;
• compilation and prioritization of technical tasks. Setting and monitoring the implementation of tasks by developers;
• ability to analyze and understand the business processes of the Company, for use in work when writing technical specifications;
• updating product standards, procedures and other documentation products that are in the area of ​​responsibility;
• participation in discussing the need to develop new and improve existing products;
• skill determine how technology can help achieve business goals by identifying and agreeing on the requirements/features that will be most beneficial to the business;
• understand expectations and needs for quality of production and IT services; help improve technological services with the help of new functions and solutions;
• making proposals for changing product parameters and processes, supporting their implementation;
