Project manager for the construction of engineering networks in Aspit, TOV

"Aspit" LLC is a construction and engineering company that has been providing a wide range of services in the field of heat energy since 2008. Over the 16 years of its activity, 76 projects have been converted throughout Ukraine, 136 projects have been completed.

Due to the constant increase in projects, we are looking for a "Project Manager for the construction of engineering networks" for a permanent position employment.

Requirements for the candidate:

• experience as a chief engineer or k head of the design and technical department, or as a project manager or foreman on large industrial constructions from 2 years old
• knowledge of regulatory documentation on construction and maintenance of engineering networks (heat, water, electricity, cooling)
• experience of managing a team (welders, installers) from 10 people or more
• excellent communication skills for conducting negotiations with the customer
• willingness to take responsibility for the result
• willingness to develop and learn new
• time management skills

Position duties:

• study, optimization, and improvement of project documentation
• organization of project equipment (main equipment and materials)
• selection of suitable performers for the project (performers are provided by the company)
customer
• communication with various departments of the company and the customer: project department, supply department, planning and engineering department

All projects at large enterprises: "construction of a boiler house", "heat utilization project", "installation of autoclaves".

Working conditions:

• business trips to projects all over Ukraine (launch of the nearest projects in 2-6 months - Lviv, Chernivtsi, Rivne)
• schedule: from Monday to Saturday - from 8:00 until 18:00 (1 hour of lunch)
• arriving at the project site at the expense of the company (a train ticket is purchased)
• working tools, work clothes, separate housing are provided free of charge
• for a corporate car (with mechanics) is provided as needed
• salarywithout delay once a month
• the company provides UAH 300/day
• trial period - 1 month
