Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Analysis of the company's existing operational business processes and identification of risks and "bottlenecks" in terms of support functions business
• Formation of the company's operational policy based on the approved enterprise development strategy
• Planning and management of business processes in order to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Participation in the formation of a development strategy company
• Organization and coordination of the process and work of the company's authorized departments, team management, analysis of personnel workload, identification of needs and motivation of employees
• Introduction of new technologies and innovations
• Development operating budget and control of its implementation, monitoring of financial indicators/KPI

If you have:

• Higher education in the field of business administration, of finance, economics or related disciplines
• Experience of managing large teams and coordination between functional divisions in the field of food production, production of technological equipment
• Formalization and standardization of business processes, their implementation in company standards
• Implemented projects on automation of business processes
• Knowledge of financial planning, budget management and analysis of financial indicators
• Experience in implementing operational processes for manufacturing companies
