Main tasks
Analysis of the effectiveness of directions and management reporting.
Managing a team of 20+ employees, setting KPIs, training and development personnel.
Using CRM/ERP (Zoho, 1C or similar) for accounting and analytics.
Optimization of business processes and launch of new directions services.
After 6 months. — standardized processes: registration, admission, financial accounting.
In 12 months - fully functioning management system with analytics and stable financial results.
Requirements
Practical knowledge planning (P&L, Cash Flow).
20-50 team management experience people.
Understanding the service approach and specifics of medical business.
