Your tasks:

• Full strategic and operational management of the beauty salon with responsibility for the financial result and profitability growth.

• P&L management, financial planning and budgeting, control of performance of planned indicators.

• Analysis of employee performance by key metrics (average check, % returning customers, occupancy, overwriting).

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy (SMM, targeted advertising, partnerships, promotions, collaborations), ROMI control.

• Monitoring of the competitive environment and implementation of innovations for the development of salon directions.

• Formation of analytical reporting for the owner, transparent communication regarding indicators, risks and points growth.

• Initiation and implementation of strategic changes aimed at scaling and increasing business efficiency.
