Head of HR department in Optima Hotels & Resorts

Requirements:

• Work experience in the position of head of the HR department for 3-5 years in companies with a staff of 500 people and above (in the company staff of 1200).
• Perfect knowledge of the regulatory framework of labor legislation.
• Experience in obtaining the status of "criticality" by the company and accordingly booking employees will be an advantage.
• Attention to details, flexibility, logical thinking, management and communication skills.

Duties:

• Organization, control, management of the full cycle of personnel records: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, execution of orders, management of personal files and personnel documentation.
• Ensuring the correctness and timeliness of military accounting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
• Coordinating the work of a team (6 subordinates) from personnel and military administration: distribution of functions, setting tasks, control of execution, development of competencies.
• Preparation of reports and interaction with state bodies (TCC and SP, State Labor, Pension Fund etc.).
• Providing advice to department heads and employees on personnel and military issues.
