Your tasks:

• Complete strategic and operational management of the beauty salon with responsibility for financial results and profitability growth.

• P&L management, financial planning and budgeting, control of performance of planned indicators.

• Building a regular management system: setting tasks, control KPI, conducting individual and team meetings.

• Formation, development and scaling of the team: recruitment, adaptation, training, certification, implementation of motivation systems.

• Analysis of employee performance by key metrics (average check, % return of customers, busyness, overbooking).

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy (SMM, targeted advertising, partnerships, promotions, collaboration), ROMI control.

• Monitoring the competitive environment and implementing innovations for the development of salon directions.

• Formation of analytical reporting for the owner, transparent communication regarding indicators, risks and growth points.

• Initiation and implementation of strategic changes aimed at scaling and improving business efficiency.
