ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are looking for an efficient and ambitious, experienced professional MANAGER in the field of e -commerce

WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

• Management of all departments of the enterprise (sales, warehouse, marketing, procurement);
• Selection and coordination of team work;
• Building a management and control system of departments from scratch;
• Active participation in the automation and optimization of all business processes;
• Writing the regulations of the enterprise, the order of interaction between divisions;
• Conducting meetings to build the process;
• Setting goals and objectives in accordance with the completed kpi, development and implementation of kpi.
• Optimization of the company's work and improvement of the analytics system;
• Development of a task management system, budget management;
• Optimization of internal processes of the department, prescription of optimal work algorithms in the company, identification of problems in work processes and their independent elimination;
• Establishment and control of communication between departments: planning, initiation, distribution of tasks according to deadlines. To strive for the achievement of results and goals, to monitor the execution of tasks by executors on time;
• Building dashboards for daily monitoring and real-time management;
• Control and analysis of finances, sales, logistics processes, warehouse and personnel work;

Which candidate is needed:

• Successful experience of managing companies in the field of digital, e-commerce from 3 years;
• Effective team management (hiring, adaptation, training, development and motivation);
• Experience in setting up the company's processes from scratch, availability of effective cases, willingness to provide them.
• Mathematical, systemic thinking, the ability to conduct analytics and forecast the situation according to indicators.
• Good knowledge of internet marketing and e-commerce in general;
• The skill of clearly setting up technical specifications, the ability to find the necessary contractors and competently organize their work;
• Entrepreneurial thinking. Your actions should directly bring profit, your income level depends on this. The greater the company's profit, the greater your personal income;
• The ability to quickly get involved in the project, grasp the essence;

Conditions:

• Working schedule: 5/2 (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• The salary consists of a fixed part (from UAH 35,000) + bonuses from the team's results. If your experience and competences meet our expectations, then we are ready to discuss your motivation.
