- Edem-Auto LLC is an official dealer of Hyundai cars in Ukraine. The auto center includes a car dealership, a service station, and an auto parts store. The leader in sales of Hyundai cars in Ukraine.
- "Profil" LLC is a leading Ukrainian company for the sale of aluminum profile, sheet plastic and composite panels, provision of services for the production of entrance groups, partitions, doors and facade systems. LLCEdem-Center is the managing company. The main type of activity is the renting out of premises. LLCEdem-Carpaint is a company founded in 2020 that has a modern painting and body shop, provides car body repair services.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting the full cycle of recruiting (sourcing, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, supporting the process recruitment);
- Search and attract qualified candidates through various search channels (social networks, professional platforms, internal database, recommendations);
- Development and publication of vacancies on various online resources;
- Conducting initial interviews to assess the skills and qualifications of candidates;
- Adaptation of new employees: organization of the onboarding process, control of the effectiveness of adaptation;
- Cooperation with managers departments to understand hiring needs;
- Preparation of reports on the recruitment process and analysis of results;
- Work with motivation, development colleagues;
- Implementation and support of corporate culture, organization of corporate events.
Requirements:
- Work experience of 1-2 years in the position of HR manager or recruiter;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Knowledge of basic methods and tools of personnel search ;
- Ability to work in conditions of multitasking and to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, skills of conducting negotiations;
