Requirements:

• Availability of a car.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in strategic decision-making and business development.
• Development of unified systems of internal project management standards in the company, implementation and control of their implementation.

• Setting up the work of teams: management by goals, analysis of work results, development, development of OKRs and KPIs by departments and control of their implementation
• Formation and control of the company budget (profit, expenses).
• Analysis, forecast, control and ensuring the implementation of the company's plan and profit.
• Evaluation of commercial risks.
• Development, implementation and constant control of policies, regulations.
• Control of current reporting on projects (financial reporting, AVR, write-off of materials, executive documentation, tender procedures).
• Search and implementation of continuous improvements in processes and interaction between departments and internal teams.
• Analysis, implementation and control of the results of the implementation of the company's marketing strategy.
• Management of project budgets, cost control and ensuring financial discipline.
• Interaction with partners — conducting negotiations and maintaining long-term cooperation.
