We are looking for an HR generalist who will be responsible for the full cycle of personnel management, from the selection and adaptation of new employees to the development and motivation of the existing team.
 
 
The main tasks provided for by this position: /p>

Search and recruitment:

- Form and agree with managers on the vacancy plan.

- Close vacancies with strong candidates who will meet company values.

Adaptation of newcomers:

- Develop and implement adaptation materials for newcomers.

- Provide comprehensive onboarding of new employees.

- Conduct an evaluation of employees at the end of the probationary period.

Increasing the level of staff involvement and satisfaction:

- Conduct a survey to assess the level staff involvement and satisfaction.

- Conduct one-to-one for team development.

- Conduct anti-crisis programs taking into account changes in the situation.

- Conduct motivational and incentive measures to improve the level

of employee satisfaction.

Conducting internal communications in the company

- Support internal communications with employees, according to the developed content plan of internal communications.

Organization of career and professional growth

of employees:

- Organize master classes, trainings and other developmental training events for employees.

- Conduct evaluation of the effectiveness of training events.

Implementation of HR policies and regulations:

- Describe and implement requirements for employees - job descriptions, KPIs, motivation programs (material/intangible).

- Improve the organizational structure of the company.

Organization and holding corporate events:

- Unite the team and create unforgettable bright corporate events and team building.

- Improve the quality of corporate culture.

Military registration and reservation of employees:

- Maintain lists and information of conscripted employees.

- Submit requests for reservation of conscripted employees.

 
Will be a big plus:

  • Experience in the field of telecommunications.
  • Experience in evaluation projects and team development.
  • Work experience of 2 years or more in companies of 100 people or more.
