Operations Director in NOTA TREYD, TOV

We are scaling the infrastructural distribution of energy equipment across Ukraine. We build warehouses, implement ERP + WMS, develop service and financial tools for partners.

Now we need a Chief Operating Officer (COO) - a person who will build a system:import > warehouse > shipment > ERP > control > scaling.

This is a position for a manager who does not "put out fires", but creates a structure where fires do not break out.

Area of responsibility:Warehouses (2 locations)

• Organization and standardization of work
• Control of balances
• Optimization of turnover

Logistics

• Imports
• Internal movements
• Control of delivery terms
• Reduction of logistics expenses

Implementation of ERP / WMS

• Participation in the selection and implementation of systems
• Automation of processes
• Integration of warehouse and financial accounting

Regulations and control

• Description and standardization of processes
• Building operational KPIs
• Execution control

Who we are looking for:

3+ years of distribution experience Warehouse and logistics management experience Real-world ERP / WMS implementation experience Understanding product turnover Understanding the impact of operations on margins Systems thinking High level of responsibility
