Oil-press plantproduces edible unrefined sunflower oil of the first grade, sunflower cake and pellets. We ensure the production of a quality, competitive certified product. We are looking for:

Operations Director

An active and effective manager is needed to adjust business processes and rebuild the system.

Requirements:

• higher education (finance, economics);
• work experience in positions: operational \ executive director, director of development in manufacturing and trading companies;
• experience in development/description/optimization of business processes and, based on them, implementation of information systems (1C, ...);
• experience in management and working with a team (at least 3 years);
• independence, responsibility, initiative, confidence in yourself and the results of your work.

Your tasks:

• full operational management of oil press production;
• organization and control of production processes;
• ensuring the implementation of production plans in terms of volume, quality and cost;
• optimization of technological processes and reduction of production costs;
• control of the technical condition of equipment, planning of repairs and modernization;
• implementation and control of quality standards;
• interaction with procurement, logistics, sales departments.

Working conditions :

• 5 days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
