It is important for us:

- Experience in the position of Operations director from 5 years;

- Experience of working in manufacturing enterprises;

- Experience of managing a team: sales, marketing (+Internet promotion), technologists, etc.;

- Understanding of business development based on analytics and digital indicators;

- Making decisions and taking responsibility for them;

The main area of work will be the analysis of the situation in the company, the development and implementation of strategies regarding production indicators processes.
