About us:
BO "Energetic Action for Ukraine" Foundation is a charitable organization engaged in full implementation cycle of installing solar hybrid systems in schools and hospitals as part of initiatives "100 solar schools" and "50 solar hospitals". The purpose of the fund is to promote the energy independence of critical and social infrastructure facilities. The charity also provides energy mobile equipment for the civilian population. Installed power of the stations for schools: 20kW+ 40kWh storage system; hospitals 70 -300 kW + 100 kW/h. We build 20-30 objects per year.

We are looking for an operations director capable of strengthening our organization with effective operational solutions.
Functional Responsibilities p>
Operational management: Ensuring the effective operation of the organization, planning and implementation of operational processes in accordance with strategic goals.
Development and implementation of internal policies: Definition and improvement of procedures, policies and standards to improve operational efficiency. p>
Financial control and budgeting: Together with the financial team, budget planning and control, monitoring of expenses, analysis of resources to ensure stable financial activity
Coordination of projects and programs: Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and requirements for program initiatives, support of project teams, monitoring results
Working with partners and donors: Maintaining long-term relationships with key partners, donors and government institutions to attract resources and ensuring stable financing.
Team management: Team management and development, promotion of professional growth of employees, organizationand internal trainings and professional development events.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, donors and other stakeholders on the organization's achievements and operational results.
What skills will be useful?
> )Education: Graduate degree in management, business administration, social sciences or other relevant field.
Strategic management skills: Ability to develop, implement and analyze operational strategies.
Leadership qualities: Experience in managing a team, organizing effective communication and maintaining a positive corporate culture.
Financial Literacy: Budgeting, financial planning and cost control skills.
Ability to work with donors and partners: Experience in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with donors, government agencies and other partners .
