What will you do:

• Organization and control of operational processes: organization, control and uninterrupted operation of the retail network (56 stores), online store, warehouse and logistics;

• Optimization and Automationbusiness processes to improve efficiency;

• Personnel management: control of recruitment, training, motivation of personnel, development and implementation of quality standards;

• Financial management of operational activities: cost control, performance analysis, budget development and execution;

• Interaction with suppliers and partners: procurement management, balance optimization, cooperation with suppliers;

• Development and implementation of development strategy: market analysis, initiating and managing network expansion projects, introduction of new technologies;

• Crisis management: quick response and risk minimization in non-standard situations;

• Ensuring compliance with company standards: control of internal regulations, ensuring a high level of service;

• Data monitoring and analysis: analysis of indicators for decision-making and process improvement.
