Your duties:

• Active search for customers via chat
• Correspondence and consulting
• Monitoring and analyzing customer requests (gathering feedback, analyzing requests and determining pain points to improve the offer)
• Collaboration with the team

• Effective written communication: the ability to communicate clearly, competently and quickly with potential customers via chat, convincingly explain the benefits of the product.
• Knowledge of foreign languages: knowledge of foreign languages ​​will be an important plus for expanding the client base to international markets.
• Orientation on the result: an active approach to finding new customers, the ability to work to achieve KPIs and sales performance.
• Technical literacy: the ability to quickly master new technologies and work with modern online tools.
