Operations Director in ANVI

Our client is the Company "Oasis Comfort" which provides a full range of services for developers of residential and industrial facilities: design, selection, supply of materials and equipment, installation and service maintenance of engineering networks. Specialization covers heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, sewage and compressed air systems.

Yours tasks: 

• Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the company at all levels.

• Audit, optimization and automation of business processes to increase efficiency.

• Monitoring of daily operations and analysis of financial indicators.

• Control of the work of departments and achievement of established KPIs.

• Assessment of personnel productivity and optimization of working hours.

• Implementing a regular management system to improve management.

• Development and support of the current organizational structure.

• Control of accounting systems (1C and others) to ensure data accuracy.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management positions (CEO, CEO) in companies with up to 100 employees.

• Deep knowledge of financial reporting and the ability to organize and control this process.

• Experience in optimizing budgets, developing and implementing KPIs, creating strategic plans.

• Practical experience in building effective business processes, organizational structures and planning their development.

• Skills in creating an operational process management system from scratch.
