We have ambitious plans, which is why we are looking for an OPERATING DIRECTOR who will implement the coolest ideas and be able to optimize current processes

Let's start with what you get:

1. Guaranteed rate of $2,000;
2. In addition, you will have% of net profit;
3. Thus,Your salary can be $4,000 - $5,000 already at the end of the 1st half of the year ;
4. Working schedule:Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we are working on the result;
5. Remote work format. You can work in any corner of the world;
6. 20 paid vacation days, 14 days of sick leave;
7. Prescribed strategy and understanding of what we would like to achieve;
8. A team of professionals. We truly love what we do. You will report to the project manager and department heads.

For our part, it isimportant that you have:

• Experience in the position of CSO;
• Understanding infinances , control processes accounting;
• Team management experience.

Your key task is to increase your net profit thanks to the right processes. You will have the following areas of responsibility: Strategy;
