Your area of ​​responsibility will be:<< /p>

• execution of sales and profit plans according to the planned budget
• planning, control, organization and support of operational activities of the network; 
• realization of network development strategy; 
• generation and implementation of ideas to stimulate growth and increase market share; 
• control, analysis and management of key indicators of locations - turnover, profitability, average check, food cost, labor cost, P&L, NPS (external and internal)

• Operational management experience in the field restaurant business, retail — from 3 years; 
• High level of responsibility, proactivity, high organization and leadership qualities.
