TierUP is a Ukrainian company, an innovative investment and marketing platform in the crypto industry, and we are currently looking for a Lead generation manager! Our mission is to help projects attract investment and receive marketing support from top leaders opinion leaders (KOLs).

TierUP connects investors, projects and KOLs, ensuring transparency and mutual benefit for all parties. We systematize interactions on the crypto market, making them as effective and productive as possible.

What will be needed do?

• Look for investors and companies that match our criteria.
• Write personalized messages to potential clients (this is not spam!).
• Set up communication between the client and our Business Development Manager (BDM).
• Work with the CRM system and record the entire history of communication.
• Analyze projects, help the team with suggestions for improvements.
• Constantly learn and be abreast of investment market trends.

Final product of labor: Designated communications (chats) with BDM.

Who are we looking for?

• A person who already has experience in lead generation with investment (6+ months) or in sales (1+ year).
• Someone who knows how to work with platforms LinkedIn, Crunchbase.
• Knows investment and knows basic terms (or is willing to learn quickly).
• Has a basic level of English (B1 and above).
• Able to write and communicate competently, analyze information, conduct negotiations.
