We we are looking for another talented person for the position of: Operations Director to help us continue set new standards in the fashion industry.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Management of the company's operational processes, including production cycles, logistics, warehouse operations and retail network.

• Optimization of business processes to increase productivity, improve service quality and reduce costs.

• Coordinating the interaction between production, marketing and the retail network to achieve strategic goals.

• Introduction of the latest technologies in the field of management of production and logistics processes.

• Control and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), including production productivity, sales volume and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience as an operations director or in a similar position in the field of fashion or Retail .

• Deep knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse operations and retail.

• Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes production, logistics and sales.

• High leadership qualities, strategic thinking and the ability to quickly make informed decisions.

• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies and effectively interact with all company departments.
