Operations director of a chain of stores in Koval I.B., FOP

In connection with the growth of the grocery mini-market network, we are looking for an Operations Director! There are 24 grocery mini-markets in the network that need an ambitious and goal-oriented manager!

If you are responsible, communicative, and stress-resistant and the ability to gather a team of people around you, stimulate them to develop and grow, then this vacancy is for you!

Your main duties in the position will be:

• Operative management of the retail network, provision implementation of financial and economic indicators;
• Analysis of key performance indicators, development and implementation of measures aimed at achieving set goals;
• Business planning and budgeting;
• Implementation and control of the implementation of corporate standards and procedures of network activity;
• Ensuring interaction between stores and structural divisions of the company;
• Preparation, management and analysis of reports;
• Personnel management (setting tasks, execution control), formation of an effective team.
