Vlasna Ferma produces more than 80 tons of products of high quality per month and processes 1 million+ checks per year.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Management and control of the store network, logistics, distribution center and production.  
• Strategic planning: Development and implementation of an operational strategy aimed at the development of production and the existing network.
• Financial management: Control over operating costs, budgeting and ensuring the financial efficiency of entrusted areas.
• Management personnel: Coordination and motivation of the management team, development of internal personnel, formation of an effective organizational structure.
• Analysis and reporting: Conducting regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), analysis of market trends, competitors and internal processes.
• Optimization of processes: Implementation of new solutions and technologies to increase store, logistics and production efficiency
• Quality control: Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards (HACCP, ISO), veterinary and sanitary regulations .

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in management positions (COO, Operations Manager or similar) - from 5 years.
• Initiating and implementing changes to improve operational efficiency and identify new opportunities for business development.
• Conducting system monitoring and analysis of business results for adoption sound strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, ability to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a team and motivate it to achieve results.
• li>Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Expected work results for 3-6 months:

1. Implementation of process management methodologies and tools to improve robot efficiencyof divisions.
2. Implementation of a system of effective regular management at the level of the entire company.
3. Setting up effective interaction between divisions.
4. Interaction with the CEO of the company to plan and coordinate activities accordingly to strategy.
5. Implementation and control of KPI system and reporting system.
6. Formation, control and optimization of budgets.
