- work experience in a similar position from 3- x years ( product retail);
- understanding of the operating model of the retail food network. Knowledge of the criteria for evaluating the performance of the retail network, the peculiarities of their calculation; /li>
- confident user of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point); 1C;
- experience in managing a workforce of more than 100 people
- strategic and analytical thinking

Responsibilities:
- organization and control of the network's retail outlets in Kyiv;
- operational interaction with by curators of retail outlets;
- holding meetings with curators of retail outlets, commodity experts, etc.;
- interviews with applicants for the position of curators and other specialists of the head office;
- distribution of sales points between curators, rotation by territories;
- about driving sales points, control of operational and sanitary orderin the network;
- control of the fulfillment of service standards;
- control of the circulation of goods;
- control over the opening and closing of retail outlets;
- control over ensuring staffing needs at retail outlets and in the head office;
- analysis of violations committed at retail outlets. Development of measures to eliminate them;
- organization of the process of collecting feedback from employees of retail outlets;
- participation, development, adjustment of instructions and provisions regulating the activity of the trading network;
- interaction with state structures and other controlling bodies regarding regulatory support and operation of trading points
