Operations Director in ABC recruting

A national company engaged in the development of technologies for the defense industry invites an Operational Director to the team.

Main requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Experience in production or in system trading companies in management positions
• System approach to company management
• Analytical abilities
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

Functional duties:

• Operational management all business processes of the company. 
• Creation and improvement of work technology for all business processes of the company. 
• Introduction of new work technologies in the company.
• Monitoring of changes in the legislation of Ukraine, and making the necessary changes to the company's regulatory framework.
• Direct management of employees.

• Quality control of compliance by all employees of the company with approved work technologies and regulatory documents. 
• Creation and implementation of a plan for the purchase of components per month
• Negotiations with suppliers regarding the price, delivery terms and quality of components. 
• Development and implementation of a monthly production plan, a monthly budget-plan of the company's income and expenses.
• Responsibility for the preparation of technical documentation for products (technical specifications, passports, instructions, etc.), according to the current legislation.
