Our partner is actively developing and looking for the team of the Operations Director

Tasks you face:

• Responsibility for the management of the Company's operational business processes in the direction of retail trade (food) and HoReKa
• Responsibility for the development, implementation and improvement of standards and procedures in stores and HoReKa establishments to optimize operational processes
• Coordination of projects of cross-functional teams for effective cooperation with other functions of the Company to change and optimize business processes
• Control compliance with internal policies and procedures, involvement in projects, focus on team development Planning and control of production activities of retail trade (food) and HoReKa analysis of activity results, identification of needs and implementation of search effective solutions to increase productivity
• Monitoring of financial activities: control and analysis of key indicators, making management decisions on the basis of financial statements
• Ensuring a high level of guest service, participating in the development of a strategy to improve the level service and product quality
• Formation and implementation of motivation for sales personnel
