Professional skills:

• Successful work experience of 5 years or more in the position of operations director, commercial director in the field of management in architecture, development, construction, production and real estate.
• Higher education - architectural/construction/economics
• Be able to use modern programs that will help to improve the company's performance indicators
• Understand current legislation
• Be able to analyze the market
• Experience in communication and interaction with clients and contractors
• Knowledge of building codes
• Be able to independently take important decisions in crisis situations, understanding all the consequences
• Written and spoken Ukrainian language
• Level of English language proficiency: average and above - desirable
• Driver's license and own car - desirable

Main duties:

Processes:

• Systematization and debugging of the company's business processes. Automation
• Full operational management of a subordinate unit ( architects, engineers, buyers), production. Project management.
• Organization and analysis of economic and financial activities, protection and implementation of the budget -weight: 400">Building and implementing a system of key performance indicators.

Production:

• Search for partners for production — scaling according to the company's goals. Selection of production areas, evaluation of production possibilities. Cooperation with outsourced productions - order fulfillment control, selection, communication.
• management and development of the architectural and engineering department.
• Management of operational processes — from the order entering the company to its fulfillment. Construction and control of effective production and logistics processes - in Ukraine and abroad. Organization of logistics.
• Control of purchasing efficiency and production cost.
• Setting up plans, work deadlines and control their compliance, both among employees and with contractors.
• Organization of the document management system, development and implementation of document templates: estimates, contracts, acts, technical specifications, commercial proposals.

Sales:

• Participation in the expansion of the client portfolio - with the help of the commercial and marketing team, as well as with the help of own tools and capabilities. Participation and control over the development of pricing policy, assortment.
• Participation in constant analysis of the market and competitors.
• Preparation of documents for participation in tenders.
