Operations Director in FILM.UA

Ukrainian Film School is looking for an operations director. We are opening a vacancy for a CCO who knows how to manage a team of 15 to 60 people, has a systemic mindset and a structural approach, works for results and enjoys it.

• You are fluent in your native language and have a sufficient level of English.

• Able to identify weaknesses in operational management, quickly find and implement existing tools for improvement situations.
• You are interested in working in the film industry and with a creative team.

• You are in love with cinema, even if in this have not yet worked in the field.

What to do:

1. Process management: planning, development and implementation of effective operational processes to ensure optimal and efficient business operation.

2. Personnel management: search, training and management of personnel, including the distribution of responsibilities, performance evaluation and creation of a motivating work environment (KPI, system of bonuses, bonuses).

3. Legal area of ​​responsibility: communication with the legal department, control of signing and execution of contracts with clients, partners, contractors.

4. Financial area of ​​responsibility: control of the financial model of business operation. Participation in budget preparation, optimization, verification and tracking of compliance with approved budgets. Communication with the financial department.

5. Ensuring the quality of service provision: implementation of quality standards and control over the implementation of standards by all directions and processes.

6. Analysis and strategic planning: market analysis, identification of key trends, development of strategies to improve competitiveness and business development. Launch of new products, opening of new branches.
