Functional Responsibilities

• Search and selection of specialists for vacancies in the Management Company and group enterprises.
• Conduct telephone/personal interviews and work in CRM.
• Accompany the candidate until the moment of starting work.
• Formation of personnel reserve.
• Working with the contract.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work with information;
