We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.THE JOURNEYProvide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner operation managerPerform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating in the countryBring important insights from the local operations (partners, customers and glovers) and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficientCollect mandatory information to analyze Partner issuesDevelop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to PartnersWork alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involvedProactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise.
