Through our services and solutions, we enable brands, retailers, and marketplaces to exchange product content simply and quickly.Our services include a content catalog, e-commerce integrations, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.Our customers are brands you’ve already heard of Amazon, Philips, Lenovo, HP, and many other well-known brands and retailers…Our team:There are 18 people in a team: backend and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, Support, Product Owner..The members of our team are located in Ukraine, Germany, Armenia, and The Netherlands.We`re working on a Scrum process, which includes: Daily meetings, planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Additionally, we have Backlog refinement and Knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement and collaboration. We would need your competence to:Facilitate various Scrum meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.Proactive collaboration with stakeholders to understand and deliver the best solutions, facilitating decision-making meetings.Develop strong relationships with development teams and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to agile values and principles, coaching the team in agile methodologies and soft skills.Identify and resolve issues affecting sprint goals and project scope.Escalate unresolved issues within the team.Create and maintain team metrics, as well as individual performance metrics for each team member, to track progress and support continuous improvement.Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities effectively. Required Qualifications::3+ years of practical experience in the role of Scrum Master.Scrum certification is required.Strong understanding of different methodologies — Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and traditional patterns (Waterfall).Experience in establishing Scrum processes and making necessary adjustments.Proficiency in managing several subteams simultaneously.Team management experience, including collaboration with HR for building Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).Ability to track team metrics such as Velocity, Capacity, work with Burndown charts, and others.Advanced understanding of task decomposing principles, and removing impediments.Experience working with large teams.Strong leadership skills, including team building, motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating.Strong sense of ownership for project’s deliverables and team’s performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data analysis.Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.As a plus:Technical background: Degree in Computer Science or experience as a technical specialist (in QA or development).Experience with frameworks: LeSS, Nexus.Experience or interest in product analytics to help establish and maintain key product metricsFamiliarity with e-commerce and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.What we offer:Remote working..A competitive salary.Career advancement based on performance and skills.Participation in creating innovative products.Education allowance.Generous vacation and sick leave policy.
