Job duties:

• Participation in the organization of the operational risk management process as part of the Company's general risk management system;
• Participation in the development, review and updating of the internal regulatory documents of the Company;
• Organization of the process of self-assessment of operational risks;
• Participation in the monitoring of the internal control system;
• Organization of the preparation of conclusions on issues of operational risk management effectiveness and the adequacy of the internal control system;
• Participation in training and support of the Company's divisions on issues of operational risk management and internal control;
• Participation in the preparation of reports on issues of operational risk management and the internal control system.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Complete higher education (economic, financial);
• From 2 years of experience in operational risks;
• Confident user of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project;
• Fluency in English.
