We are announcing the opening of a Operational Planning Specialist.

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 2 years in production planning, shipment of finished products, inventory management in a manufacturing company.     
• Possession of the theory and methods of stock management, basic knowledge in logistics.
• Knowledge of the basics of management accounting.            
• Skills in product supply planning, inventory management.
• Skills in setting technical tasks, drawing up instructions, procedures.
• Skills in implementing new procedures, operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, 1C or other accounting system.

 Responsibilities:

• Control and maintenance of standard stock levels for the entrusted group of goods in warehouses of the stock system.
• Formation of distributed plans for the supply of finished products for warehouses of the stock system under Promotions.
• Formation of current operational orders for the Supplier for the delivery of batches of finished products.
• Formation and coordination of the Schedule of shipment of finished products from warehouses of distribution centers at factories.
• Formation and provision of reports related to operational/short-term planning in areas of the supply chain
• Participation in the development of inventory management methods of the State Enterprise.
