WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This is the role of a system leader and mentor, which works at the intersection of strategy and production.

1. Development and Implementation of Lean Strategy:

• analysis of current processes, identification of losses and opportunities for improvement; 
• creating and updating the "roadmap" for the implementation of key tools (5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban).

2. Building a Kaizen System and Culture:

• launching "from scratch" a transparent and motivating system of submitting, evaluating and implementing ideas from ordinary employees;
• training employees on the development of the ability to identify losses, form proposals and provide support in the implementation of ideas.

3. Management of Transformation Projects:

• support of teams working according to the A3 methodology and PDCA logic;
• implementation of TPM (total productive maintenance) to minimize idle equipment;
• management of process optimization projects using DMAIC (Six Sigma) methodologies.

4. Training and Mentoring:

• creation of an internal "Knowledge Library" and regular trainings to transform key employees into local Kaizen leaders.

5. Performance monitoring and analysis:

• identification, monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators;
• reporting on financial effect and progress to management.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• higher education (technical, economic, management); 

• experience from 3 years in a managerial position in the field of production or process improvement. Experience in the food industry is an advantage;

• certification: availability of Lean Six Sigma(Green Belt or Black Belt) is a significant advantage;

• deep understanding and experience in practical application of Lean tools;

• ability to analyze data, make decisions based on facts;

• leadership, communication and presentation skills;

• knowledge of Ukrainian - fluent. Polish will be an advantage;

• personal qualities: proactivity, system thinking, focus on results and the ability to motivate and inspire people to change.
