HRBP in Fozzy group

We are currently looking for a professional and responsible HRBP for our sports spaces Apollo (sports clubs).

You can easily handle tasks, if you have the following:

• Experience in operational business (retail, HoReCa, service companies, networks) will be an advantage.
• Practical experience of working with key HR processes: recruiting, T&D, adaptation, performance management;
• Understanding approaches to compensation & benefits and working with employee expectations;
• Systematics, responsibility and willingness to combine hands-on work and process development;
• Professional higher education (management, personnel management, psychology, etc.) or specialized HR business education (courses, certificates) will be an advantage.

We entrust you with:

• The construction and gradual development of the company's HR processes with a focus on practical implementation;

• Support and development of key HR areas: recruiting, adaptation, development, retention of personnel;
• Development and implementation of performance management processes: goal setting, evaluation of results, feedback together with managers;
• Partnership with the CEO and management team on people and team issues;
• Optimization of search and hiring processes;
• Development of the employer brand and corporate culture;
• Working with staff retention: analyzing the causes of turnover and implementing simple and effective solutions;
• Starting and supporting onboarding, performance evaluation and feedback, with the gradual introduction of these processes into an understandable system.
